If the product is damaged or broken
If the product is broken or damaged during delivery, you must call us while the deliveryman is present. You can call us on 018….. You can then return the product free of charge. The package and accessories must be accompanied at the time of return. If for some reason you cannot receive the product yourself, you must inform the person who will receive the product instead of you. If we are not notified within 24 hours, this condition will not apply to Damaged Products. You will be refunded within 2 working days of notifying us. If you want to replace the product, you will have to wait 2-3 days (subject to stock availability).
If the product is defective
If the product is defective, you must notify us within 2 days. But in this case you need to attach some proofs and send it to us. All you have to do is — Back and front photos of the defective package, Invoice number, Clear video of defective product. In this case the video must be provided. Only screenshots or images are not acceptable.
If the product is found to be defective, you can send it back within 2 days along with the necessary accessories. Your order will be considered a refund within 2 working days of return. Or you can also do product replacement if you wish (subject to stock availability).
If the product quality is not as expected
As the products come directly from manufacturers or suppliers in different countries, it is not possible for us to check the quality of the product in advance. But we suggest you to consider the following points to understand the quality –

If the quality is not as per your expectation after receiving the product, you can also inform us. But inform us within 48 hours. Then our complaint department will verify the authenticity of your complaint and inform about the replacement or refund.
If there is a discrepancy or error in the product quantity ordered
If at the time of receipt you find that the product is not in accordance with your order or the quantity is less, then contact us in front of the delivery man. Refund will be made within 3 working days of notification.
If you want to replace the product, it will take you 2-3 days (subject to stock availability). But you don’t have to pay any additional delivery charges for this.
If the color of the product does not match the picture or video
Our products are foreign items. So the product image or video is edited and uploaded to the website. In that case, the image or video of the product may not match 100%.
But we will try our best to match 90-95% of product images and videos.
However, if the color of the product you ordered does not match the order, you must inform us within 24 hours. Our complaints department will review your complaint and try to resolve the issue within the next 3 working days.
If shipment is delayed
Shipment time varies by product size, weight, stock and customer location. Estimated time of shipment is mentioned on our product page.
However, there are unexpected reasons such as; If the delivery is not within 7-10 days due to natural disasters, epidemics, political issues, etc., we will try to solve the problem by explaining the exact reason for the delay with the customer.
